What is Lumikha Space?
Lumikha Space is a booking and management system for craft studios. Customers can browse your craft menu, book sessions, and pay online. As an admin, you manage the entire experience — from what crafts are available to when your studio is open.
What You Can Do as an Admin
- Manage bookings — View reservations, check in guests, handle walk-ins, and process cancellations
- Maintain your craft menu — Add and organize craft projects with pricing
- Run workshops and events — Create workshops and private event packages
- Set up locations and hours — Configure spaces, tables, operating hours, and holiday closures
- Offer deals — Create percentage-based discounts and seat-specific promotions
- Handle waivers — Manage waiver content and collect signatures at check-in
- Sync calendars — Connect Google Calendar for automatic booking sync
